At Port & Pearl, every candle and room spray is hand-poured in small batches in Urbanna, Virginia. Because each item is made with care, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Information

    •    Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

    •    Shipping times vary based on destination.

    •    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to replace packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can make it right.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because our candles and room sprays are handcrafted and considered personal-use items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your happiness means everything to us.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production or shipping has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
